Temple vs Indiana Live Streaming | NCAA College Basketball

ABOUT TEMPLE (24-9): Wyatt went 12-for-14 from the foul line Friday, giving him 200 made free throws - breaking the single-season school record held by Hal Lear (1955-56). His sixth 30-point performance of the season was the best from an Owl in the NCAA Tournament since 1991 - and was made even more remarkable considering he had injured his left thumb after snagging it in a defender's jersey early in the second half. ''He's as tough a competitor as I've had an opportunity to coach,'' Temple's Fran Dunphy said following the game. ''He wants the moment.'' Wyatt has hit at least nine free throws in six straight games, going 62-for-71 over that stretch.

ABOUT INDIANA (28-6): The Hoosiers - the highest-scoring team remaining in the tournament - exceeded 80 points for the 19th time. Freshman Yogi Ferrell finished with 16 points, eight rebounds and six assists Friday, becoming only the third Indiana player to reach those totals in a NCAA Tournament game (Keith Smart in 1987 and Tom Coverdale in 2003). " Yogi certainly got us going in a great direction with the way that he moved the ball … he was able to find some great areas to attack," coach Tom Crean said following the game. Christian Watford scored nine points Friday, giving him 1,708 points for his career and moving him into 10th place on the school's all-time scoring list.

Indiana can win because…

This number-one-ranked team is one of the NCAA basketball odds on favorites to go all the way to the Final Four and win the whole tournament this year. In this game the big key will be the matchup in the paint. The fact is that the Temple Owls' big men are going to be too small to play against the Hoosiers' Cody Zeller, who for the most part should be able to shoot over his opponents in this game while also using deft low-post moves to maneuver around them if necessary. The other important factor is going to be if Indiana can lock down the outside shooting of the Owls and prevent them for going on a scoring run to either get ahead or come back. Temple has to throw down a lot of threes so that the game can remain close, giving the No. 9 seed a chance to win as the game clock winds down.

A third item of note is going to be if the Hoosiers can hit their own shots, because that is what got them knocked out of the Big Ten Tournament on March 16 against Wisconsin. Indiana would hit ruts in the midst of the grind of Big Ten competition, but the early loss in the Big Ten Tournament counterintuitively helped this team by giving it an extended break. Fatigue on jump shots should not be a problem for this team this early in the NCAA tournament.
